ITIL® 4 Exam Information

All course participants receive an exam voucher as part of their course training bundle.

Online Proctored Exam – Candidate receives a voucher to take the exam at a date and time that meets their scheduling needs.
- The candidate must have a computer or laptop that has a microphone and a camera, and must have a clear workspace to take the exam.

ITIL® 4

ITIL® 4 provides an emphasis on the business and technology world, how it works today, and how it will work in the future with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation. The updated framework will focus on facilitating value co-creation via a service value system (SVS).

The SVS represents how different components and activities can work together, in any type of organization, to facilitate value creation through IT enabled services.

ITIL® 4 Foundation

The ITIL® 4 Foundation course is designed as an introduction to ITIL® 4 and will provide you with the knowledge needed to successfully pass the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification exam. This course is required in order to advance to other ITIL® 4 courses. An exam voucher is provided as part of your course tuition.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support

The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support course focuses on the integration of different value streams and activities to create, deliver, and support IT-enabled products and services. This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation. An exam voucher is a provided as part of your course tuition.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value

The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value course provides guidance on how to create business value through well managed IT services and strong stakeholder relationships. It is focused on the customer journey and experience, and those that are responsible for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers. This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation. An exam voucher is a provided as part of your course tuition.

ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT

The ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-velocity IT course incorporates the ways in which digital organizations and operating models function in high-velocity environments. Topics include Agile, Lean, Cloud, Automation, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.

This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation. An exam voucher is a provided as part of your course tuition.

ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve

The ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve course provides guidance on creating a learning and improving organization with a strong and effective strategic direction.

This 3-day course is one of the four intermediate courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation and is one of two courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader designation. An exam voucher is a provided as part of your course tuition.

ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS)

The ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS) course is still under development and will be available soon!

This 3-day course is one of two courses needed in order to achieve the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader designation. An exam voucher is a provided as part of your course tuition.
